Why we started this
Founders should spend their early days speaking to customers and building their business—not moving between offices, decoding document lists, or wondering whether a filing will be rejected. We started Tunisetup to make every requirement clear, coordinate the process from one place, and give founders a predictable path from idea to registered company.
Our goal is simple: one clear price, one responsible point of contact, and practical updates until the company is ready to operate.
How we actually work
One flat price, agreed first
No hourly billing and no invoice at the end you didn't expect. You know the total before any work starts, and the deposit is refundable if you decide not to go ahead.
One point of contact
We coordinate the legal filing and the accounting handover behind the scenes. You don't chase a lawyer, an accountant and a bank separately — you talk to us.
We'll tell you if we're not the right fit
Standard SARL and SUARL filings are what we do well. If your situation needs genuine legal advice or falls outside what we cover, we'll say so rather than take the work.
