- Partners' names, ID copies and share split
- Main business activity in plain words
- Share capital amount and the registered address

- Match your activity to a recognised activity code
- Confirm your address is usable as a registered seat
- Send back a short checklist of anything still missing

We handle the filing
Drafting, submission and every follow-up with the registry happen on our side. You get status updates, not tasks.
What you provide
- Signatures on the statuts and the standard forms we send you
- Proof of address for the registered seat
- The capital deposit where your bank requires it before filing

- Draft the statuts and all constitutive documents
- Reserve the company name
- Submit the complete file to the RNE
- Answer any request for correction and resubmit the same day
Timeframe: Typically 3 to 7 working days, depending on registry workload.
Get your registration certificate
Your company exists. We hand over a complete pack so the bank, the tax office and your accountant all have what they need.
